Missing header after printing.

Hi, after I have installed IE7 on my Outlook 2003 , my mail printouts do not
show the header. I have installed the hotfix, upgrade to windows xp service
pack3 , Upgrade office to latest service pack and internet explorer. All
solutions failed.


Is Microsoft going to solve this or provide alternatives to get this right?
