Missing icon

When I click the Start button, all my Office 2007 icons are intact, except
for Office Groove, which is a blank page. How do I restore the icon to this
shortcut?

Hi Mike -

If you right-click the item on the Start menu, you should get a menu with an
item 'Properties' on it. Choosing this will bring up the properties for the
shortcut to Groove. Depending on what operating system you're using you
should be able to find an option to set the icon. THhis will let you choose a
file - you probably want to choose the Groove.exe file to locate icons in.

Thanks, but the "Change Icon.." button is greyed out.

Just to let you know that if you find the grove.exe file, this will have the
correct icon for some odd reason. Then just send a shortcut to your desktop
and simply rename that new shortcut. Don't rename the .exe file as this will
effect the application.

Hope this works for you as was the only way I was able to fix the problem
myself.
