Missing Import/Export function

I was running Outlook 2003 Beta with the Small Business
Contact Manager when I realized i had no Import/Export
anymore. I un-installed the Contcat Manager and still no
Import/Export. So I completely removed Office 2003 and
reinstalled Office XP from scratch.

The Contact Manager is still there and I don't have the
Import/Export function on my File menu, only "Data File
Management.."

Any ideas?
