Missing Import options in Outlook XP Import and Export Wizard.

When I go to "File -> Import and Export..." in Outlook 2002, I only see the
option
to "Export to a File". How do I find the "Import File" options? I'm
trying to import
an Excel spreadsheet into my contacts.
