This one is strange (aren't they all?). I have 40 users accessing their
Exchange mailboxes on a SBS 2003 server. The majority use OWA 2003 (basic,
NOT premium), some use Outlook 2000 or 2003. As of this afternoon, two of the
users are seeing only unread email in their OWA inbox, but see all of their
inbox email (read and unread) via Outlook 2000. A quick check of 10 other
user accounts have all their email (read and unread) show up in both OWA and
Outlook. OWA is 'acting' like the Premium version in which you can select
View and display only unread mail .... except we're using the Basic version
and that option isn't available. I've gone through 40 screens of Google
searches tonight and am coming up empty handed. Nothing has changed recently
except applying the most recent patch to SBS Server 2003 last week (famous
last words). Everything was working fine until today. Any assistance would be
greatly appreciated. Bob Laszko
