I have a user who is missing several folders in her inbox. She had created
subfolders for each of her major contacts, and created rules to send certain
messages to these folders. Now, two of these folders are missing. I have
tried Advanced find to search for them, no luck. I am very confident that
she did not delete these folders. Her deleted items folder has not been
emptied, and there is no trace of the folders there. We are suing XP Pro,
with Outllook 2003, on a non-Exchange domain. Any hints?
