Missing info on Accounts Page in Business Contact Manager

All was going well for weeks, then today, when I open up an Account in BCM,
at the bottom of the page in the Business Contacts section the table has a
couple of missing columns. Specifically, the first and second columns that
were there: the Primary Contact indicator column and the Name column. The
Job Title, Business Phone and Email columns are still there, but I need the
first two columns back!
How do I do that???
