Missing info when exporting report to txt file

I have an Access 2000 database that is running in Access 2003. Everything
runs fine except when you export a report to a txt file it seems to crop the
fields. If you try the same thing when it is open in Access 2000 it exports
fine with no problems. I have tried all 4 export formats and none seem to
help. I need the file so that I can create a csv file from the txt file. I
have a screen capture of the data from the Access report and the txt file
showing the differences. Is the a fix for this or must I use Access 2000 to
create the txt file?

I did not design this or agree with the method but it is what the employees
have been doing for years. It is a strange format as the data is in 2 lines
not one and it is what the customer requires. If someone could explain to me
how to upload the word doc screen shot of the two reports I will do that.
