Missing meetings

Hi

I keep getting aproblem with Outlook 2003, where my meetings that I have
entered in my calender just disappear the next time I login.

Can anyone help

Are you using an Exchange account or some other type? If the former, are
you using Cached Exchange mode or not?

The users do not use OWA, only the Outlook client that comes with MS Office.

Perhaps they don't use it, but it may be available as a troubleshooting
tool. Ask the Exchange admins.

I have checked with user and she has had no problems when she has accessed
OWA. She has only used this though on a few occasion, (I didn't know she used
it)
So it is just on the client.

Hmm. I've seen a lot of this type of thing when in Cached Exchange mode,
but not without it. If this were happening to me, I'd start with a new mail
profile, choose cached Exchange mode, and allow Outlook to build a new OST.
