missing menu item on Office dropdown - Publish to CD

PPT 2007, Win XP:

The "Publish to CD" menu item is not an option on the "Publish" command on
the "Office" Dropdown Menu.

What I have tried: Office -> Powerpoint Options -> Customize. Added the
"publish to cd" menu item to the Quick Access Toolbar. The icon showed up on
Quick Access, but it is greyed out; Still not listed under "Office."

Ideas? Workarounds?

In Windows Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, go in and do a change install
of Office 2007. Make sure you have all of PPT set to "run all from my
computer."
