Missing menu & Toolbars Work

I am using office 2000, I recently loaded updates and my
word documents have no menu or toolbar. Any Idea??

Try renaming the Normal.dot file and let Word create a new one the next time
it opens.

This is due to some corruption in the Registry. Take a look at this
