I'm trying to sort out an issue on a colleague's PC and the File/ Edit/
View/ Tools/ etc menu has disappeared entirely. The categories appear when I
click Customise... they are just not available to do anything with on a menu
bar. (I'm trying to change settings of an e-mail account).
The version is Outlook 2007 and OS is Windows XP.
