Missing Miscrosoft word, Powerpoint attachment

the sender's e-mail message contains Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel
(.xls), or Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt) files as attachments. However when I
received this email it's missing.

How do I resolve this? Thanks for the solution.

Have him/her send the message to you in HTML or Plain Text format instead of
Rich Text
