missing module

At startup i get a dilog box that says"ERROR LADING CMICNFG.CPL. THE SPECIFIC
MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND"

Sounds like your OS is trying to load a missing Control Panel item. Suggest
you post this question to one of the relevant newsgroups for the Windows OS
you are using.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application.
