Missing .MSP Windows Installer Patch files

Try to update Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 installed on system
about 3 days ago. Unable to install due to: "Windows Installed patch files
(.MSP files) from previously applied Office updates are missing from the
Windows\Installer hidden directory on your computer. Office updates was
installed in the past, upgraded from Windows Installer version 1.0 to Windows
Install version 1.1. How/where do I obtain a download?
