Missing Odd Footers

I cannot add a footer to the odd pages in my document. If I choose
"Differend Odd and Even " and "Difference First Page" from the options menu,
I can get footers on the first page and all subsequent even pages but no odd
pages. Is there a way to make to missing footer text box show up without
retyping this large document?

There's no footer on the odd pages or there's not even a footer box on the
odd pages? If the former, you just need to add text; if the latter, the
document is probably corrupt; see
