Missing Office Assistant?

About 1/3 of the time when I open one of the Office 2003 applications (
Word, Excel, PowerPoint) I get the message"No Office Assistants Installed.
Please run setup". If I reboot the machine it goes away but sometimes pops
up again later in the day.

Can anybody tell me what I'm getting this random error? and how to fix it?

Thats exactly the same thing that happens to me, identical, it asks me to
insert the original disc to reinstall, it is a real nuisance.

Anybody know what can be done to rectify this problem?

I dont get any error message it just sais that the office assistant is "not
installed". No error message.
