Missing Options

I have been working with OL2003 since it appeared last year - (very happily). I recently noticed however that I am missing some options - for example - although I am working in Cached exchange Mode I do not have the CEM option in the file menu? I am working with exchange server 2000. Are there features that are only visible/available when using exchange server 2003. Is there any documentation on which features are missing if on exchange 2K. Thanks a million in advance.

This is indeed an option that is only supported with Exchange 2003
