Missing Organizer options for Delegate or Organizer

Hello,

I have a executive assistant, who is delegate for her Boss.
She manages most of his Calendar Appoitments/Meetings.
Recently, some of the meetings , which needs to be updated, doesn't have the
option to update meetings, instead it sh9ows as if she is invited for
meeting and option shows to accept/decline, etc.
She created the meeting using her Boss's Calendar.
Neither she can modify nor her Boss can send updates.

I have tried the latest fixes and updates, didn't help. Recreated Windows
profile, tried different machine, didn't help. We are in exchange 2003 with
Outlook2000-SP3.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
