Missing Outlook Help Files

I can't access Outlook Help Files. I removed and installed
the program again and still can't access them.
Any ideas?

I sure do wish I could help you....the same has happened to me! I have not yet reinstalled as I'm not quite certain how to do it, but will give it a shot later.
