Missing page templates

One minute I could choose the Guestbook template from the general category tab and now there are only 3 choices. I've tried "detect & repair" several times but no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you started by opening a FrontPage Web site, and
not just an individual page.

If that doesn't solve the problem, choose Page Options
from the Tools menu, click the Authoring tab, set the drop-
down boxes to Complete, Custom, and IE5, then select all
the check boxes.

Thanks Jim, I did figure it out. My big question now is that I read in another thread that a couple of the options on the page should be disabled inorder for "include page" component of Guestbook to function properly! Should I disable them before publishing? Choose "Complete" for Authoring and "disable" certain ones before publishing?

You don't need to disable anything before publishing
- leave it at complete
