Missing permissions tab - Calendar

We are running Exchange 2003, I have a user who does not have "permissions"
tab when trying to share his calendar. He is in online mode.

Help?

I FOUND A FIX:

Here is a fix that worked for me:

In Outlook 2003, select Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options – select
Add-in Manager

Make sure that Exchange Extension commands and Exchange Extensions property
pages are selected.

I have a user that has those 2 Add-ins selected, but is still missing the
Permissions tab, and a few others. I tried turning them off, closing Outlook,
and turning them back on, but this didn't help.

The user has Plaxo (contact manager?) installed. I tried disbling it, but
that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
