Missing Product Key

Recently purchased Dell system with upgrade to Office Professional 2003 installed. Dell did not send the CD OR the Product Key when they shipped the system, so we are unable to activate the suite of programs we paid for. I spent 2.5 hours being shuffled from person to person at Dell last night and still have no way to utilize the programs. Talking to them is not a viable solutiion to this dilemma. They suggested I contact Microsoft since the Key is safeguarded or something. I'm pretty frustrated with Dell and Microsoft at this point. Is this some valuable state secret or what? We requested this upgrade so we could bring work home but this is totally unsatisfactory

1. Take it back to Dell and get your money back.

2.Go to www.belarc.com and get the Belarc Advisor. It will list all CD keys,
etc.

Sorry, but this isn't Microsoft's problem - it's Dell's. The below is taken
from the OEM EULA included with *all* OEM licences - of whatever product: -

"PRODUCT SUPPORT. PRODUCT SUPPORT FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS NOT PROVIDED
BY MS,
MICROSOFT CORPORATION, OR THEIR AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES. FOR PRODUCT
SUPPORT, PLEASE REFER TO MANUFACTURER'S SUPPORT NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE
DOCUMENTATION FOR THE HARDWARE. SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING
THIS EULA, OR IF YOU DESIRE TO CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR ANY OTHER REASON,
PLEASE REFER TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE HARDWARE."

Forgive the caps, this is a direct paste from the EULA.
