Product Key Code

My 81 year old client got his new Dell today and the Product Key Code will
not work when entered. The Product Key code is :
MG29Q-QFTFQ-GQR94-6TMV7-P4JCB and the computer tells us it's not an accepted
code. Now what do we do. We called Dell and they said call Microsoft and we
did then this fellow tells us to go onto the internet and we said we don't
have the internet and he said fine a friend that has it and you will fine
your answer. What's the answer?
