missing proret.msi file for wordperfect converter

Attempted to load conversion tool for Windows XP to open Wordperfect files in
Word XP. Load Office CD in cd drive and keep getting message "proret.msi file
not found." Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

PRORET.MSI cannot be found
It should be on your Office XP CD.

or try downloading the file and installing
