Missing Recent Emails

Someone I work with is having a major Outlook problem: He says that emails
AFTER 11 or 12-03 are missing! They were in folders under the Inbox, where
he creates various categories to store important emails.

When you go into the folders, you see older email, but anything after 11-03
or 12-03 are misssing! Does anyone have an explanation for this?

I'm not sure why the mail is missing, but I will say that creating
sub-folders in your in box is the worse thing that you can do. But if this
is on server it could mean that you have reached your limit. One more thing,
check your archive.
