I know that this quesiton has been posted before but my situation might be
slightly different.
We are running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 clients. We have one user
who's messages she's replied to are NOT showing the reply purple arrow. It's
a random symptom (occasionally a purple arrow will show up). I had her log
onto OWA and the symptom appears there as well so it tells me that it's not
an Outlook client problem.
Any suggestions?
