missing scrollbar for datasheet subform

Hi,

I encounter missing scrollbars for a subform which is in datasheet view.
Scroll Bars are set to "Both", yet the scrollbars are missing. Wierd thing is
that sometimes it does works when I set the scrollbar to neither or when I
change some figures in some tables. Is there a bug in the scrollbar in
Access? Compact and repair doesn't seem to help. Any clue on how to rectify?
Using Access 2003.
