Missing Send Button--Outlook 2007

I just installed Outlook 2007 and I have it configured with hotmail.com. But,
I can't get the Send button to appear. Help....

Setup your POP accounts too. Outlook is not needed for web mail like Hotmail,
but if you insist on using it, you need to download and install the Outlook
Connector, available from the Office Downloads site,
