Missing Send Button

I use outlook 2002 on XP system. My SEND button
disappeared . I removed all accounts and reselected my
DSL bellsouth.net account. All those settings are
correct. When I reply the send button is replaced by the
word "accounts" and will not send.

Any clues????

I tried the MS website which describes the problem but
not the fix.
