Missing Send/Receive Outlook 2003

My new Outlook 2003 has no send/receive button. Also
it's not available to be added with any of the customize
tool bars--totally gone. Spent 3 hours with Dell help
and no fix. Uninstalled Earthlink and Business Contact
Manager; uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook 2003, Office
2003 and Microsoft patches--still a totally broken
software system. BROKEN FROM INITIAL SETUP and has never
functioned on the new machine. Poor QA from Microsoft or
Dell or what?

Have you tried creating a new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail
Icon->Profiles->Add?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
