Missing Send & Receive window

Hi

I am running Outlook 2003.

I am used to seeing the Send and Receive window when I click on send and
receive showing the progress of each of my email accounts.

I recently had a blue screen due to another problem and ever since then my
send and receive window has gone missing. My emails still work and I can
still actually send and receive emails, it is just that the 'progress' window
has disappeared.

How do I get it back?

Hi Kathleen,

I have the same problem with the progress window that won't appear in
Outlook 2003 unless I do it manually. I've tried the setting you mentioned
(several times), but it doesn't change anything. I've poked around in
Options and in Customize, but can't find anything that helps. Similar to Roy
T, I also had a notification of a blue screen error, but this didn't happen
until several days after the Outlook problem. I do recall there was an
update to Office 2003 shortly before the problem showed up. Any advice?
