Missing "Sent Items" folder

I have a mailbox on Exchange 2003 that have the "Sent Items" folder missing
from Outlook folder view. It does not show up in OWA either. If I do a
search in Outlook for any sent itmes, the emails comes up. So...the sent
emails are there but just not visible.

I have done a outlook.exe /resetfolders
I have deleted mailbox from AD and then reconnected again.
I tried doing an exmerge to the mailbox but the resulting pst file does not
contain the "sent items" either.

Any other ideas?? My next step is just to recreating the mailbox and then
import the content. Thanks.
