When I open Word, it shows a blank page for just a second and then it disappears. To make the necessary change so I get a blank document, I go to File > Options > General. However, I only get one choice under the Start Up option - "open email attachments". I don't get the other three choices, including the fourth choice that if checked off, would allow me to change the setup so Word opens with a blank document. Can anyone tell me why only one choice appears?
