I tried to upgrade Service Packs for Office 2003. Finished the download but
was unable to complete the installation because there is no STD11N.MSI file
in my Office 2003 CD upgrade. What should I do?

Hi, CocoaCrazy,

Do you have any previous version Office CDs hanging around? Or any other
Office family applications installed? Try inserting the CD from one of your
other products; it appears the installer is looking for that.

This article may help:

Have Installed:

You can either remove the old programs, or uninstall them.

Hi Susan!
None of my Office 2000 CDs have the STD11N.MSI files. I will try your
suggestion on uninstalling Office 2000 and see if that works. Thanks for
your help.
