Missing Text From Brochure Template

Students recently created brochures using Publisher tri-fold templates. They
changed the text and added graphics, saved the changes, then sent as e-mail
attachments to the instructor. When the instructor opened the .pub, the text
in some of the brochures converted back to the latin found in the template.
Some text boxes came through and some didn't. Both parties are using Pub
2003, WIndowsXP and Outlook Exchange Server. Any ideas?

I've sent myself 6 different brochures, none changed when I received them back. If
the students saved the document correctly there is no way the file can revert back to
the original.
Could be the students added the images/text and didn't save again.

We found if you send to yourself, there isn't a problem. It is when it is
sent to someone else. I witnessed two students (actually teachers) sitting
side-by-side with the original opened on the creator's computer and the copy
sent via e-mail opened on recipients computer. The copy contained the
graphics but not the text. We tried resaving and resending with the same
results. Again, some brochures come through without a problem. Could it be
a problem with some of the text boxes on certain templates?

Mary, I'm not sure how to send you a brochure...what is your e-mail address?

Tell your newsreader to show all headers. the "my" is just after the @
sign.
Blessed be, for sure...
