Missing text in office assistant

when you select "clippie" office assistant, and do a search, the list of
hyperlinks appear. If you select one, a blank window appears.
Has anybody seen this?

We need a little more information. What version of Word are you using
and which patches do you have installed? (Take a look under
Help/About).
