Missing text in some messages

I can't see the text in some of my incoming mail messages in
entourage. Some messages are displayed correctly throughout, but some
are not. I see the mail heading, but not the message text. This
applies to both html messages and to plain text messages. Can anyone
figure out how to fix this? Thanks. Zeev

That's an unusual problem...
It could be that Office is not fully up to date (use the auto-updater
from the Help menu) or a nasty font issue.
The fisrt step might be to use FontBook to check your fonts (validity
and duplicates).

If you have issues, you can follow these instructions:
- don't let Font Book fix the issues for you (it sucks at it). Instead,
manually locate the fonts in the Finder. Deactivate the corrupted ones
(drag them in another non standard location) and the oldest version of
the duplicate ones.
- delete the system, user and application (including Office) font cache
with Onyx (free) and reboot immediately.

The first time you launch Word, it will properly recreate the font
cache.

Is it possible that you have partially downloaded the message? Do you see a
link that says download entire message at next download?
