I have a text box in-between two tables in landscape mode. In Word
2000, I can always see the text in the text box. In Word 2003, the
text does not appear. It seems to be hidden behind one of the tables.
I can find the text box in Word 2003 by changing the size of the one
of the tables to either side of the text-box, then it will appear. I
can then re-size the text box, then return the table to the proper
size, save and then I have the text box again. I did verify that the
text box is set to "In front of text". However, it seems like margins
and sizing is slightly off in 2003 vs. 2000. The issue is I would
have to know where to look for the "hidden" text in all of my
documents to make sure that everything is visible in Office 2003. I
have come across some statements that people have had issues with HP
print drivers, but I cannot even see this text box in normal view. Is
there a known issue with z-index of text boxes if they overlap other
features? Any way to set a global setting to deploy to users to make
sure they see the entire document?
