Missing Title Bar & Icons

Using Office 2003 and all apps but excel have a title bar. Excel has file, etc menu bu no title bar. Cannot click to close app but must use the file,exit menu. I cannot find anyway to restore this setting, nor how it got changed. Grateful for any assitance.
