Missing Tool Bar & Menu

I'm using Word 2000. Just recently, when I open up Word,
there are no menus or toolbars. The keys like Ctrl-O,
Ctrl-S, etc. will open up the appropriate dialog box but
there are no menus. Any tips or ideas?
