Missing Utility.MDA

Hi:

We just installed Access 2007 on all of our computers here in the office.
Now when we run our programs, we get an error that we are "missing reference
to utility.mda."

What can we do to fix this? Is there something we need to download. We
tried unchecking this in our module references, but it did not take away the
problem as we get it every time we start up our programs.

Any ideas?

Not having Acces 2007, I can't give specific advice. But in general terms,
open the editor, check tools/references and make sure none of the checked
entries show up as "Missing"

Thanks for your help. I found that I had to download utility.mda. I was
directed to the utility from the Microsoft Support site. Once I added it
in, everything worked fine.

Yes, but No. You don't need utility.mda anymore: there is
no longer anything of value in it. That is why it is no longer
included.

There is something somewhere that is asking for utility.mda,
so a proper fix would be to find that and remove it.

Hi David:

Thanks for your input. Now how would I go about finding where it is needed
and fixing that?

"uncheck" the reference to utility.mda, then try to compile your
application. Where does it stop? Can you make an MDE?
I don't have 2007 in front of me, if I get a chance I'll try to find
the menu sequence to do those things in 2007.
