First of all, you have posted to a newsgroup that is shutting down. For

Nonetheless to answer your question, it sounds like you are using an old
version of Project (4.x perhaps) that was distributed on multiple
floppies. Assuming that is the case, your only bet is to either find
someone who has the same set of disks or buy a full replacement set from
one of the online auction sites (e.g. eBay). However, if you are going
to be using Project on a regular basis and expect to interface with
others using Project, you should consider upgrading to a later version.
The minimum version you should consider is Project 2000 since it is
compatible with the most recent versions and it can be found at a very
reasonable price, again on one of the online auction sites. If you do
upgrade, make sure you buy the full version and not one that just says
"upgrade".
