Missing Worksheet in Shared Excel 97

Hi

We are having this problem, where randomly users are
having missing worksheets in a multi worksheet spreadsheet
which is shared.

The worksheet is there on one night, but next morning,
that worksheet is gone.

We are on Windows Xp SP1, with Office 97.
