Mixing Outline Numbered List with List Bullet

I generally use an Outline Numbered List for all of my numbering in
agreements and even in Memos. But sometimes I find the need to use a
bulleted list and my outline doesn't include a bulletted list. Can I
just use List Bullet without fear that my outline numbering will go
wonky or do I need to redfine my outline? What if 9 levels sin't
enough for my document. Thanks.

If you need a single level of bullets, you can apply the List Bullet style;
that is correct. It will be independent of your existing outline list.

But note that you can create an outline list of bullets, if you want to.

For more on bullet formatting, and especially bulleted styles, in Word, seehttp://www.shaunakelly.com/word/bullets/controlbullets.html.

So I can have an outline numbered list and an outline list of bullets
at work in the same document?

Yes, and those two will be independent of each other, as I wrote in my
previous post.

You can also mix bullets and numbering within the same outline list (for
different levels).
