mmm, dd, yyyy date format in Project 2003

Hello, I cannot figure out how to format the start and finish columns to read
Jan 27, 2007. I have looked at all of the formats available in
Tools/Options/View/Date format and none of them are what I am looking for...
What am I missing?

The date format itself, as in mm/dd/yyyy versus dd/mm/yyyy etc is inherited
from the Windows Date/Time format found in the Region settings in the
control panel. It's consistent with all of the other Windows application
date formats on your particular machine.
