Mobile sync over the air?

Can OneNote 2007 and a WM6 phone (with OneNote Mobile) be configured to sync
over a carrier network (without physically docking or being close enough for
bluetooth)?

Any chance that they could sync in the cloud completely disconnected via
Live Mesh in the near future when the WM version of Live Mesh out?

The answer to the first question is "No".

The answer to the second question is...probably not, because of the nature
of where OneNote Notebooks are stored. There would have to be some kind of
redirector that pushes the OneNote content out to the network - which is a
fairly big task.

Ben,

Thank you for the quick response. I understand your first answer, but I am
a bit confused with the second... I have already set up a shared notbook in
OneNote that syncs or is located in a Live Mesh folder. It appears that I
can get the folder out into the cloud that way... once there my WM device
should be able to 'see' the files, it just needs to have a client that can
read them.

Won't Live Mesh for WM convert/sync files from the cloud to my device?

forums. I don't know much about Live Mesh for WM. Sorry!
