I trying to understand exactly how these setting work.
I already believe you can not "simply" apply an existing or custom view
setting to all existing folders without doing each on individually. Can
someone confirm?
Additionally, if I create a new custom view, (and during the creation
process I make it available to "All Mail and Post Folders", it appears
that the initial version of this view is available to all folders, but
If I modify that custom view for folder "xyz", that modification is only
for that particular folder, (i.e. and not automatically applied to all
other folders that were previously set to that custom view).
Is this how it works?
Is there any additional material on this feature that someone could
direct me to?
