Modified Organization Chart Shapes change when copied to another p

I created an org chart using the Organization Chart template and stencil. I
then modified the shape sizes for "Position" and "Assistant" in page 1. When
I tried to copy the entire org chart into page 2, these shape sizes reverted
back to the default sizes in the stencil. Does anyone know:
a) How to preserve the formatting when copying from one page to another?
b) How to change the default position sizes in the stencil?
