Modify A Formula

Hello,

I have this formula: =IF(COUNTA($J2,M$1)<2,"",INDIRECT("'"&$J2&"'!"&M$1))

I would like to modify it to only display results for dates that are no more
than 5 days from the current date. If the date entered is a month ago, or
tomorrow then count, if the date entered is next week, don't count. Make
sense? Any suggestions or ideas?
